We are currently seeking a Global B2B Coordinator to become a valuable new member of our strategic sourcing team. In this role, you will have comperhensive coordination tasks. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between local needs and global sourcing strategies within the B2B area of Deutsche Telekom in Europe.

You are the ideal candidate, if...

  • You have university degree with 6-10 years of professional experience in ICT sourcing, or vocational training with several years of professional experience in the field of ICT sourcing.
  • Proven experience in a B2B environment, preferably within a global or international context, and a solid understanding of the European market.
  • Strong understanding of ICT products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a strong plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with procurement software is an advantage.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Primary Point of Contact: Serving as the primary contact between Local Stakeholders and Demand Managers, local business units, and Global Category/Sourcing teams for ICT sourcing in the B2B area of Deutsche Telekom in Europe.
  • Demand Coordination: Coordinating Europe-wide B2B demand collection, ensuring comprehensive understanding of local business unit needs.
  • Sourcing Alignment: Facilitating sourcing alignment across various European entities, ensuring consistency and efficiency in procurement processes.
  • Local Deal Requests: Managing and coordinating local deal requests, ensuring they are processed effectively and in line with global guidelines.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with key ICT suppliers globally.
  • Sourcing Process Support: Assisting in the end-to-end sourcing process, from market analysis and vendor selection to contract negotiation and implementation.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collecting, analyzing, and presenting data related to sourcing performance, market trends, and supplier capabilities.
  • Contract Administration: Supporting the administration and management of supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and optimal terms.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: working closely with various internal departments, including sales, technical teams, and legal, to understand their ICT needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies. You will also connect with multiple units within Magyar Telekom.
  • Market Research: Conducting research to identify new suppliers, innovative technologies, and best practices in ICT sourcing.
  • Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise with suppliers or internal stakeholders.
