- University degree with focus on telecommunications, economics or related fields
- More than 7 years of experience in field of activity
- Good understanding of Telco industry strategic developments and trends
- Expert knowledge of Access Technology, its strategic developments and trends
- Understanding of Mobile and ICT Network components (e.g. Access, Core, Transport), knowledge of network capabilities and services
- Technology Consulting: Knowledge of effective advisory methods, tools and processes and ability to provide valued technical and/or IT and/or technology-information and -advice regarding products, technologies, services and solutions; ability to understand third parties' problems and to advise them accordingly.
- Strong collaboration with team members and experts from different organizations and building blocks across DT Group
- Manage and/or generate documentation: Knowledge and understanding of the documentation process and its importance; ability to write, read and understand documentation, including technical documentation, in order to record all relevant aspects for other users
- Support (virtual-) expert meetings/workshops w/ stakeholder, brainstorming sessions etc.
- Develop and carry out benchmarking and best practice studies, analyze results and demonstrate needs for action
- Initiate decisions about new concepts, strategies, key topics, and business areas
- MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Oulook) – expert
- Flexibility to travel (<10%)
- Strong communications skills in English (fluent spoken and written)
- Proactive and “Can-do” attitude
- Expert abstractive, analytical, criticall & entrepreneurial thinking
- Expert effective communications & presentations
- Expert ability to organize & to convince

- The setup of the tribe is addressing the increasing challenge of energy efficiency and sustainability for future technologies by focusing on building a pipeline and ecosystem for new mid-/long-term solutions, work on concrete candidates inhouse as well as with established and new disruptive industry partners. It shall as well raise the awareness for the topics energy efficiency & sustainability in technology within DT but also towards our customers. These activities will complement and will be in close cooperation with existing related activities.

- Steer the Innovation activities with major suppliers in the field of Access Technologies and Energy Efficiency
- Leading complex cross-divisional project with strategic, industry-wide and international relevance, considering available resources as well as qualitative, procedural, economic, technological, and temporal conditions related to sustainability and energy efficiency aspects
- Leading or taking part in activities aiming to reduce energy consumption and cost, increasing network resilience and generating revenue
- Actively contribute to projects driving sustainability by optimizing energy consumption and increasing energy efficiency within network infrastructure
- Leverage collaborative efforts and strategic alliances to innovate sustainable practices across the industry to further strengthen DT’s sustainability leadership role
- Shaping the Energy Efficiency efforts for for Fixed and Mobile Technologies in DT Group
