Where you'll make an impact:

  • Become part of the Product Management Center of Expertise, within Magyar Telekom’s Enterprise Unit with end-to-end responsibility for the standard and convergent products.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage product line lifecycle from annual strategic planning to quarterly tactical activities.
  • Define and fine tune customer journey for your products.
  • Balance business, engineering/tech and UI/UX aspects of product portfolio management.
  • Improve service content, features and related processes to meet market needs
  • Identify new ideas and conduct agile market testing based on market research and client intelligence.
  • Drive a solution set across development teams from market requirement to process support.
  • Support sales and marketing with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise.
  • Develop sales tools and sales training material.
  • Use market feedback to initiate product refinements and ongoing development; conduct benchmarking.
  • Educate customers at conferences, client meetings and other sales events
  • Keep close connection with technology providers, manage supplier/developer ecosystem.
  • Co-ordinate market research to track customer and end-user feedback.
  • Create reports, presentations and provide information for senior management.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven track record in ICT product portfolio management.
  • Experience in Cloud and Datacenter services.
  • Product management skills and growth mindset.
  • Strong analytical and hands-on problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management & negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to get things done working with agile methodology.
  • At least 1-3 years professional experience in B2B IT/telco sector.
  • Relevant University or College degree.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in Hungarian and in English.
  • High levels of self-motivation, initiative, can do attitude, ability to act as a change agent.
