WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Systems, or comparable qualification.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 2+ years proven experience in cloud technologies.

 

  • Technical skills
  • Experience onboarding complex applications into Kubernetes environments.
  • Solid Linux system administration and containerization knowledge.
  • Strong grasp of Kubernetes concepts and best practices (deployments, services, ingress, volumes, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with GitOps tools and CI/CD workflows.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Ansible).
  • Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Understanding of basic networking (DNS, IP routing, oad balancing).
  • Nice-to-Have 
  • Background in TelCo OSS/BSS systems and network orchestration.
  • Exposure to OpenStack or other private cloud technologies.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and templating (Terraform, Helm).
  • Understanding of cloud-native security and compliance practices.
  • Prior experience with onboarding frameworks and E2E system integration.

We deliver the full product lifecycle of telecommunications IT and network technology solutions - from engineering and architecture to development, testing, providing infrastructure, and managing operations. Our international teams work closely with Deutsche Telekom’s national companies to bring these solutions to life, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous improvement. Team Members are also working from Hungary within the local organization that we have at Magyar Telekom.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

 

  • Organize and perform the technical onboarding of TelCo and OSS applications onto Kubernetes-based platforms.
  • Contribute to Site Reliability Engineering through automation of operational tasks and creation of enhancements that will improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform and services.
  • Analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes of issues, resolve bugs, and improve system reliability and maintainability.
  • Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime and service disruption.
  • Oversee change management processes and system lifecycle activities, ensuring smooth transitions, version control, and minimal disruption during upgrades or deprecations.
  • Participate in on-call rotation (for stand-by operations).
