Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of professional experience in agile, organizational development or consulting roles.
  • Bachelor, Master or Diploma degree in Business, Engineering, Organizational development, Psychology or comparable qualification
  • Proven ability to strategically link agile practices with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience facilitating diverse groups toward actionable business solutions and effective cooperation. Team coaching certification and experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated capability in addressing customer and business pain points effectively.
  • Experience in fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Willing to be proactive and work across levels: from strategic to hands-on.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

  • Magyar Telekom is seeking highly motivated and solution-oriented Agile, Transformation or Organizational Development Professionals to join our Transformation and Agile Hub. This role focuses on embedding business-driven agility throughout the organization, driving practical solutions in teams in partnership with business, and fostering continuous improvement aligned with clear business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Tribe Leads, Product Owners, Chapter Leads, and other senior leaders to design and support organizational improvements building on agile principles with strategic business goals.
  • Facilitate strategic problem-solving and decision-making sessions, ensuring actionable and measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive organizational agility through business-focused thinking, integrating agile mindset and practices into daily operations.
  • Champion continuous improvement and outcome-oriented practices by embedding measurable feedback loops within teams.
  • Encourage experimentation and calculated risk-taking, promoting agility to enhance business performance.
  • Flexibly support teams by helping them adopt and tailor agile methodologies and practices according to their specific business needs.
  • Deliver engaging workshops and training programs, effectively engaging diverse stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Support and practice the 'inspect and adapt' principle regularly to drive ongoing improvement.
  • Use coaching techniques if required during the agile coaching conversations and processes.
  • Tailor solution toolkit to task and audience building on agile or business knowledge, organizational development and coaching toolkit.
  • Develop partnership and work as a joint team with key business and HR stakeholders
